Absolutely gorgeous coffee shop. You can get some serious work done here because it is calm and focused. It does get packed but you can sit outside as well. Everyone was really welcoming and the space is clean and inspiring. More Quarters please!

Beautifully restored vintage naval officer's housing with original details of hardwood, leaded glass, wainscoting and other ornamental details. The coffee shop has multiple rooms with plenty of sofas, comfy chairs and tables as well (if you want to work on your computer). There is a front veranda for enjoying the fresh air while being in the shade or you can sit in the back yard area on one if the many lawn chairs. Service is friendly. The mocha was nice and mild. Not bitter and no need for sugar. A splendidly crafted drink all around. Also, after a relaxing coffee and a read this is a great garden like neighborhood fir enjoying a walk.

As many say this is really a hidden gem! We just discovered this place when we attended a festival that was held in the quarters it was a pleasant surprise to find a nice coffee shop in the island. We would surely go back here! Coffee is really good. Ordered just plain black iced coffee and it was perfectly brewed!
Gorgeous hidden gem of a coffee shop on Mare Island. Generous parking across the street, multiple rooms to sit in, wifi and a backyard available during good weather- honestly what's not to love. Had the gingerbread latte, Cali fog, and chai latte and all were delicious and well done. Coffee was not burnt, and to top it off the baked goods (brought in by a local shop) were delicious and half off when we purchased. Having experience cafe culture around the world, I love when a coffee spot in the US absolutely nails it. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming, coffee is made with love at a reasonable pace, and one feels like they can enjoy their beverage at their leisure. Would easily recommend this place for a relaxing beverage break.

The coffee is amazing. It’s high quality without feeling the least bit pretentious, and the prices are super reasonable. This is such a wonderful new addition to Mare Island! The atmosphere is super inviting and quaint. Everything was super clean and seating was spacious. There are several different rooms plus a front porch to spread out. The coffee was super yummy and my daughter very much enjoyed her decaf mocha latte and chocolate scone. They also had a ton of refrigerated items to choose from plus lots of goodies and snacks. We will be back often!
